Flexible Spending Plans
Some companies offer a medical savings account (i.e. cafeteria plan, flex account, etc.) that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for medical expenses including eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and even LASIK. Please contact your employer to find out how you can take advantage of this option.
